Overnight Guest Experience & Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests arriving overnight, including check-ins and check-outs
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues professionally to ensure a high-quality experience
• Conduct regular property and security rounds to monitor guest and public areas
• Complete nightly audits, reservation preparation tasks, and detailed activity reports
• Communicate effectively with remote guest services teams and hotel leadership
• Respond to emergency situations calmly and troubleshoot minor maintenance or housekeeping requests
• Ensure the hotel is prepared for the following day's operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, guest services, or security is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions
• Tech-savvy with comfort using messaging platforms and hotel systems
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies appropriately
• Physical ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and remain active throughout a 10-hour shift
• Availability to work an overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays
