Overnight Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team to ensure all store functions run seamlessly during overnight shifts
• Manage the product life cycle from the stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor
• Drive store business results and critical metrics, including sales, budgeting, and planning
• Recruit, assess, and onboard new teammates to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Equip employees with the necessary tools and training to succeed in their daily responsibilities
• Implement service principles to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• One year of leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching
