Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a world-class customer experience
- Assist customers with completing applications for lines of credit and installment loans
- Answer customer questions and provide consistent service using company best practices
- Reconcile cash drawers accurately
- Work with team leads to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Build relationships with customers and teammates
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Experience in a service-related field
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Phone customer service experience preferred
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent sales skills
