About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate crisis support through phone counseling and mobile in-person intervention
  • Perform rapid assessments, crisis prevention planning, and facilitate linkage to community resources
  • Develop and document actionable plans with clear, measurable outcomes
  • Participate in assertive outreach to high-frequency users of crisis services
  • Complete timely progress notes and required clinical documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
  • One year of experience or training in crisis intervention with adults, children, or families
  • Valid US driver's license held for at least two years with no serious traffic convictions
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 20 lbs
  • Availability to work a 4-day overnight schedule (typically 9 PM – 7 AM), including Sunday nights
