Overnight Concierge

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star front desk services to residents and guests
• Assist Building Manager with By Laws, car park, and key auditing
• Monitor movement of visitors, service providers, and goods
• Maintain database and handle email, telephone, and intercom enquiries
• Secure resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning
• Conduct internal and external patrolling
• Complete incident reports and respond to emergencies
• Ensure entryways and lifts are tidy and presentable

Requirements

• Front of house or customer service experience
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and BuildingLink)
• Availability to work overnight (Monday to Friday, 11pm to 7am)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with residents and contractors
• Eligibility to work in Australia and ability to provide a valid Police Check

• Professional presentation and polished manner
