About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide 5-star front desk services to residents and guests
- Assist Building Manager with By Laws, car park, and key auditing
- Monitor movement of visitors, service providers, and goods
- Maintain databases and handle email, telephone, and intercom enquiries
- Secure resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning
- Conduct internal and external patrolling
- Complete incident reports and respond to emergencies
- Ensure entryways and lifts are tidy and presentable
Requirements
- Front of house or customer service experience
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and BuildingLink
- Availability to work overnight shifts (Monday to Friday, 11pm to 7am)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with residents and contractors
- Eligibility to work in Australia and ability to provide a valid Police Check
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
