Overnight Clinical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor client activities overnight, including sleep routines and morning transitions
• Conduct routine 15-minute safety checks and document observations in electronic health records
• Administer medications according to clinical and organizational protocols
• Perform light household and facility upkeep to maintain a clean environment
• Respond to client needs and escalate issues to clinical or supervisory staff
• Maintain professional boundaries while providing support to clients

Requirements

• Experience in clinical, residential, or behavioral health settings preferred
• Experience working overnight shifts preferred
• Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults strongly preferred
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in an overnight setting
