Overnight Camp Seasonal Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across camp facilities including cabins, dining halls, and program spaces
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and effective manner
• Support the opening and closing of camp, including seasonal setup
• Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trail upkeep, and general landscaping
• Ensure all facilities meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Collaborate with camp leadership to prioritize maintenance needs

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of general maintenance, facilities, or trades experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions
