Ouvrier Joaillier OJ1 (H/F) - Les Ateliers de Lyon

Responsibilities

• Participate in a dedicated "nursery" training program designed for recent graduates to learn Maison-specific techniques.
• Work closely with a trainer and the Workshop Manager to master various facets of the jeweler profession.
• Learn and apply quality standards, polishing tasks, and introductory stone-setting techniques.
• Transition into the Production Workshop to manufacture jewelry pieces following defined manufacturing methodologies.
• Control piece conformity according to technical specifications and ensure high-quality finishing.
• Proactively identify and report manufacturing issues to contribute to continuous workshop improvement.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a diploma in Jewelry (CAP, BMA, or CSJ).
• Strong desire to learn and work on diverse, highly technical pieces.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
• Ability to listen effectively and follow complex technical instructions.
• Sensitivity to the repetitive and precise nature of High Jewelry creations.
