Outsource Manager (Environment Art)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal art teams to share feedback and ensure smooth workflows between internal and external partners
• Create clear documentation, references, and examples to help external teams understand art requirements
• Review incoming art assets, provide constructive feedback, and ensure all work meets quality standards before approval
• Create high-quality models and environments when required
• Implement approved assets into the game engine and perform necessary tweaks to ensure they are polished and game-ready
• Coordinate with art team leads to schedule and track incoming assets

Requirements

• AAA game development experience
• Strong environment art and modelling skills
• Proficiency using Maya, Unreal, Substance, and ZBrush
• Excellent ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and time management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing external partners
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail and a passion for quality
