Outsource Manager (Character Art)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal art teams to share feedback and ensure smooth workflows between internal and external partners
• Create clear documentation, references, and examples to help external teams understand art requirements
• Review incoming art assets and provide constructive feedback to ensure all work meets quality standards
• Create high-quality models and environments when required
• Implement approved assets into the game engine and perform necessary tweaks for polish
• Coordinate with art team leads to schedule and track incoming assets

Requirements

• AAA experienced artist with strong character, weapon, and environment modelling skills
• Proficiency in Maya, ZBrush, and Substance
• Experience using Unreal Engine 4 and Unity
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills with experience managing deadlines and budgets
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality game experiences
