Outside Sales Retail Account Manager, Heavy Equipment

Responsibilities

• Build solid relationships with construction equipment buyers and prospective clients in your region
• Educate prospective customers on the benefits of purchasing from an EquipmentShare dealership
• Manage and nurture a book of business to fulfill unique equipment needs
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to grow business footprint
• Resolve customer issues quickly and thoroughly
• Manage sales pipelines for nearby markets in the region

Requirements

• 2 or more years of B2B sales experience in a construction-related industry
• Strong drive to provide fantastic customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work quickly on your feet

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of rental or construction equipment
• Experience in B2B sales
