Outside Sales Retail Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build solid relationships with construction equipment buyers and prospective clients in the Tampa region
• Act as an expert on EquipmentShare and specific construction equipment brands
• Educate prospective customers on the benefits of purchasing from EquipmentShare dealership locations
• Manage and nurture a book of business to fulfill unique equipment needs and communicate promotions
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to grow business footprint
• Resolve customer issues quickly and thoroughly

Requirements

• 2 or more years of B2B sales experience in a construction-related industry
• Strong drive to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work quickly on your feet

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of rental or construction equipment
• Previous experience in B2B sales within the heavy equipment sector
