Outside Sales Residential New Construction Representative

Responsibilities

• Design customized door solutions
• Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily
• Make sales presentations including product samples and design software
• Meet with existing and prospective customers to assess needs and sell technical goods and services
• Build long-lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
• Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
• Maintain and update CRM daily

Requirements

• Two years of outside selling experience to general contractors and builders
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in blueprints, plans, and specs highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with new customers
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship building skills
