Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound cold calls, and emails
• Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads
• Communicate with customers to identify service needs and suggest appropriate vegetation management solutions
• Demonstrate the utility of products and services to potential clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing relationship management and post-sale support
• Submit requests for estimates and manage necessary documentation like Neighbor Consent Forms
• Actively participate in the company's culture of safety and employee ownership

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of outside sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
