Outside Sales Representative Waterworks - Intelligent Utility Solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base to ensure satisfaction from order to delivery.
• Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base through strategic account targeting.
• Perform product quotations and provide effective problem resolution for clients.
• Analyze territory competition and devise sales strategies to communicate to management.
• Document all sales activities and pipeline progress within Salesforce.
• Continually improve product knowledge and sales skills to promote a professional field image.

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry-related sales experience.
• Technical background in the water or wastewater industry.
• Strong digital literacy and experience using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to be self-motivated, multi-task, and work in a team environment.
