Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Own and grow assigned territory through daily face-to-face outreach
• Generate new business through office visits, job site drop-ins, and industry events
• Build long-term relationships with property managers, restoration contractors, and real estate professionals
• Manage the full sales cycle including qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing
• Act as a trusted advisor for environmental testing services such as asbestos, mold, lead, and bacteria
• Identify upsell and repeat business opportunities within existing accounts
• Maintain an organized pipeline within the CRM

Requirements

• Proven track record in outside or field sales with territory management experience
• Ability to work in the field approximately 90% of the time
• Experience with cold prospecting and independent deal closing
• Self-directed with strong schedule management and prioritization skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Background in environmental services, construction, real estate, or restoration industries
