Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Own and grow territory through daily face-to-face outreach
• Generate new business through office visits, job site drop-ins, industry events, and trade shows
• Build long-term relationships with potential clients
• Run the full sales cycle including qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing
• Serve clients as a trusted advisor for environmental testing services
• Identify upsell and repeat business opportunities within existing accounts
• Maintain an organized pipeline in CRM

Requirements

• Proven track record in outside or field sales
• Experience owning a territory and meeting performance targets
• Ability to work 90% in the field performing face-to-face outreach
• Comfortable with cold prospecting and independent deal closing
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Self-directed with strong schedule management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Background in environmental services, construction, real estate, or restoration industries

• Base salary of $70,000–$90,000 plus uncapped monthly commission
