Outside Sales Representative (Territory Manager)

Responsibilities

• Promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers
• Focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, and maintaining customer relationships
• Conduct cold calls and onsite visits to potential targets and existing accounts
• Improve gross profit and secure new business opportunities through value propositions
• Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches
• Negotiate product supply agreements to secure long-term relationships
• Ensure complete and accurate account setup and pricing data

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 5-7 years of professional sales experience
• Proven sales success and a defined sales process
• High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the industrial gas or welding industries
• Experience within the Oil & Gas industry
