Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers via door-to-door sales in your assigned area
• Apply product knowledge to meet customer needs effectively
• Strategically network and expand your customer base
• Provide focused and professional customer service
• Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics

Requirements

• Valid CA driver's license for at least 3+ years
• Personal vehicle for transportation
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven sales or customer service experience
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Computer savvy and able to learn new applications
• Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred
