About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive business development by prospecting and acquiring new clients
- Manage and grow client relationships through a consultative sales approach
- Guide customers toward appropriate products across multiple Business Units
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and specialist functions to increase market share
- Achieve established volume and margin targets for the assigned geographic area
Requirements
- Existing client portfolio within the required territory
- Proven experience in electrical distribution or similar B2B sectors
- Proficiency with MS Office, AS400, and CRM systems
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a professional sales agenda and follow sales rituals
