About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development by prospecting and acquiring new clients
  • Manage and grow client relationships through a consultative sales approach
  • Guide customers toward appropriate products across multiple Business Units
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams and specialist functions to increase market share
  • Achieve established volume and margin targets for the assigned geographic area

Requirements

  • Existing client portfolio within the required territory
  • Proven experience in electrical distribution or similar B2B sectors
  • Proficiency with MS Office, AS400, and CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a professional sales agenda and follow sales rituals
