Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial and industrial properties throughout Oahu to introduce Raynor Hawaii services
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners
• Perform basic visual observations of commercial overhead doors
• Install safety and service information stickers
• Identify maintenance, repair, and replacement opportunities
• Take photos and gather information for service estimates
• Generate qualified leads for the estimating team
• Help businesses improve safety, reliability, and compliance

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking with new people
• Self-motivation and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or business development experience preferred
