Outside Sales Representative - Pumps and Fluid Sealing

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction.
• Track sales trends and monitor product performance to optimize business results.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for end users, offering solutions for pump and sealing device reliability.
• Assist customers with technical issues involving flow control, sealing devices, and pump repair.
• Accurately measure and assess dimensional "fits" to ensure proper equipment installation.
• Provide customer training and deliver professional product presentations.
• Collaborate with branch teams to manage the sales process from order to delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry-related sales experience or equivalent mechanical experience in machining, rotating equipment repair, or fabrication.
• Proficiency in basic measurement and drafting skills, including the use of calipers and gauges.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• General digital proficiency and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A results-driven, self-motivated approach to problem-solving and relationship building.

Preferred Qualifications

• Military experience is a plus.
