Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting in assigned neighborhoods
• Perform complimentary roof inspections and identify potential storm-related damage
• Educate homeowners about the insurance restoration process
• Meet with insurance adjusters during inspections when needed
• Manage roofing and restoration projects through completion
• Build lasting customer relationships and generate referrals
• Consistently achieve personal sales and performance goals

Requirements

• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with homeowners
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs safely
• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment
