About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients and conduct in-person or phone presentations to small and mid-sized merchants
- Close sales within a fast sales cycle by uncovering client needs and presenting payment solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction notes within CRM platforms like Salesforce and Atlas
- Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas through consistent appointment setting
- Build and develop deep knowledge of the financial technology industry and company product portfolio
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions with leadership
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license is required for regular travel to client sites
- Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
- Must live in the area relative to the job location
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of relevant sales experience
- Knowledge of the Restaurant and/or Retail industries
