Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential roofs to identify repair or replacement needs
• Measure roofs and prepare detailed estimates using company systems
• Meet with homeowners to explain the scope of work, pricing, and project expectations
• Project manage sold jobs, serving as the primary point of contact for customers through completion
• Assist with operational needs during off-seasons, including material coordination and jobsite assistance
• Perform door-to-door canvassing during off-periods to generate new leads
• Maintain accurate notes, updates, and documentation within the CRM

Requirements

• Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
• Ability to manage time, appointments, and follow-ups independently
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Sales or construction experience is preferred but not required
