About the role
Responsibilities
- Call on commercial accounts in the Tampa and surrounding areas
- Focus on mechanical, electromechanical, and wireless locking hardware and key systems
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
- Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
- Assess customer needs and sell technical and mechanical goods and services
- Develop scope of work for proposals and manage the sales process from initial call to closing
- Follow up on customer projects and participate in project management when necessary
- Maintain and update CRM daily
Requirements
- Minimum three years of outside sales experience
- Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems
- Valid Driver's License
- Outgoing personality with a focus on customer service
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Experience with Blueprints, Plans, and Specs highly desired
