Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end-users.
• Secure product specifications through engaging presentations and appointments for commercial projects.
• Maintain a high level of field activity, averaging a minimum of 5 appointments per day.
• Drive business development by pursuing new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Represent the brand at regional trade shows and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is strictly required.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in business development, field sales, or public speaking.
• Must live in or near the Tampa or Sarasota areas.
• Willingness to travel locally 3–4 days per week with occasional overnight travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience specifying commercial building products.
• Experience calling on architects and designers.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Benefits

• Base salary of $70,000 - $85,000 plus commission and bonus eligibility.
