Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Sell solar PV systems to residential and business customers using company-provided and self-generated leads
• Conduct impactful sales presentations both in person and virtually to explain solar savings and benefits
• Manage calendars and appointments, including confirming scheduled meetings and handling pending tasks
• Execute loan calculations, process credit applications, and coordinate loan execution
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales and installation process
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to confirm leads and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Attend mandatory weekly operations and sales meetings

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication and professional etiquette skills
• Ability to manage a calendar and handle multiple appointments effectively
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset
