Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a customer base within the Tucson and Southern Arizona market
• Meet or exceed established sales and gross profit targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Present tailored, profitable produce programs to prospective and existing clients
• Collaborate with buyers and operations teams to meet customer needs
• Ensure timely and accurate order submission
• Conduct regular warehouse visits to monitor product quality
• Support local promotions and new account openings

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two years of outside sales experience
• Experience in foodservice or produce distribution preferred
• Knowledge of the Tucson or Southern Arizona market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Ability to travel up to 90% within the Tucson metropolitan area
