Outside Sales Representative - Builder

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base to ensure satisfaction from order to delivery.
• Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the current customer base.
• Work with management to develop sales strategies and target new accounts.
• Perform product quotations and resolve customer issues.
• Analyze territory competition and communicate sales strategies to management.
• Document all sales activity within Salesforce to track the business pipeline and closure results.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of industry-related sales experience.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools and general digital literacy.
• Proven ability to multi-task, solve problems, and learn quickly.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
