- Engage in face-to-face interactions with prospective clients
- Work directly with homeowners to assess damage and provide estimates
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure project success
Requirements
- Proven success in sales (roofing, solar, or service-related industries preferred)
- Experience in Residential Roofing Sales (insurance and retail)
- 3+ years of outside sales experience
- Ability to climb a ladder to inspect roofing shingles
- Experience in customer service and conflict resolution
- Valid Driver's License
