Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals
• Conduct roof and property inspections
• Deliver professional sales presentations to customers
• Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, and company processes
• Build and manage strong customer relationships from initial contact to close
• Maintain accurate follow-up and pipeline management

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to transport a ladder
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely
• Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour week (for W2 option)
• Strong communication skills and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience
• Roofing sales experience
