Outside Sales Market Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Explore assigned territories on foot or by car to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason products and services
• Meet with potential clients using a consultative mindset to uncover business needs
• Demonstrate products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing to prospective customers
• Assist new customers with setup through MasonvilleGO
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth account transitions
• Participate in regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or retail sales
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college is preferred
