About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet homeowners to assess needs and present tailored garage door solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from first interaction to final follow-up
- Generate and pursue new leads through calls, emails, and in-home consultations
- Provide accurate, competitive estimates for installs, upgrades, and replacements
- Recommend accessories and enhancements to improve safety, function, and style
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout each project
- Partner with installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain detailed customer information using ServiceTitan
- Participate in ongoing product, safety, and sales training
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales success, preferably in home services or trades
- Strong customer-first mentality and passion for relationship building
- Project management experience is a plus
- ServiceTitan or similar CRM experience
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
