Outside Sales Executive - Software

Responsibilities

• Sell Genius® POS and software solutions across retail, restaurant, and service verticals
• Drive local business growth through full-cycle sales, including prospecting, demos, and closing
• Build a robust pipeline via field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
• Consult with business owners to improve operations and streamline payments using modern technology
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in Salesforce and Atlas CRM
• Collaborate with District Managers to identify opportunities and close short-cycle deals

Requirements

• Proven success in B2B field sales
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
• Must reside within the job posting area
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated and competitive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or merchant services
• Background in selling software or complex payment solutions
