Outside Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Sell Genius® POS and fintech software solutions to retail, restaurant, and service-based SMBs
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
• Build a robust pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
• Consult with business owners to improve operations and streamline payments using modern technology
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in Salesforce and Atlas CRM
• Collaborate with District Managers to identify opportunities and close short-cycle deals

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales (Fintech, SaaS, or merchant services preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
• Must reside within the local area of the job posting
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated and competitive with a drive to exceed sales quotas
