About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of commercial doors and related products
- Develop sales opportunities through consultative sales and problem-solving
- Cultivate sales within commercial/industrial buildings, hospitals, colleges, and municipalities
- Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
- Assess customer needs and sell technical and mechanical goods
- Develop scope of work and manage the sales process from initial call to closing
- Maintain and update CRM daily
Requirements
- Minimum three years of outside sales experience
- Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems
- Experience with blueprints, plans, and specifications highly desired
- Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
