Outside Commercial Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process for hospitals, municipalities, universities, K-12, and commercial/industrial building owners
• Target prospects, identify solutions, negotiate, and close deals
• Meet with decision makers to professionally present product lines as a solutions expert
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
• Work with senior management to establish plans for growing the customer base
• Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
• Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of outside sales experience with automatic doors
• Proven track record of building new sales territories and customer bases
• Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and sales tools
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience selling Revolving, Sliding, Folding, and Swinging Doors
