About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of commercial doors and related products
- Develop sales opportunities through consultative sales and customer communication
- Cultivate sales within commercial/industrial building owners, hospitals, colleges, and municipalities
- Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
- Develop scope of work for proposals and manage details from initial call to closing
- Maintain and update CRM system daily
Requirements
- Minimum three years of outside sales experience
- Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems
- Experience with blueprints, plans, and specifications highly desired
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Outgoing personality with a focus on customer care
