About the role

Responsibilities

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of commercial doors and related products
  • Develop sales opportunities through consultative sales and customer communication
  • Cultivate sales within commercial/industrial building owners, hospitals, colleges, and municipalities
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
  • Develop scope of work for proposals and manage details from initial call to closing
  • Maintain and update CRM system daily

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of outside sales experience
  • Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems
  • Experience with blueprints, plans, and specifications highly desired
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Outgoing personality with a focus on customer care
