Outside Commercial Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of commercial doors and related products
• Develop sales opportunities through consultative sales and customer communication
• Cultivate sales within commercial/industrial building owners, hospitals, colleges, and municipalities
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
• Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
• Assess customer needs and sell technical and mechanical goods and services
• Develop scope of work for proposals and manage details from initial call to closing
• Maintain and update CRM system daily

Requirements

• Minimum three years of outside sales experience
• Experience selling to general contractors and builders preferred
• Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems
• Experience with Blue Prints, Plans, and Specs highly desired
• Valid Driver's License
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
