About the role
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with commercial clients and develop strategic security solutions
- Identify and qualify leads, generate new opportunities, and convert competitor accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing
- Translate client needs into effective estimates and proposals for project execution
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
- Sell integrated security solutions including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, parking control, and alarm monitoring services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Self-directed with experience cultivating new customer opportunities and strengthening existing relationships
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport
- Knowledge of security systems and industry trends preferred
