About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of electronic security equipment and services
- Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial building owners, managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals
- Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
Requirements
- Technical aptitude with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, and Parking Revenue systems
- Ability to create detailed estimates including product vendors and cabling subcontractors
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong lead generation and new business development skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts
- Bachelor’s degree
