Outside Commercial Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of commercial doors and related products
• Develop sales opportunities through consultative sales and customer communication
• Cultivate sales within commercial/industrial buildings, hospitals, colleges, and municipalities
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
• Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
• Assess customer needs and sell technical and mechanical goods
• Develop scope of work for proposals and manage the sales process from initial call to closing
• Maintain and update CRM daily

Requirements

• Minimum three years of outside sales experience
• Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems
• Valid Driver’s License
• Outgoing personality with a focus on customer care
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Experience with Blueprints, Plans, and Specs highly desired
