Outside Commercial Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Call on commercial and industrial accounts to present entry door product lines
• Engineer door solutions for schools, hospitals, industrial buildings, and municipalities
• Develop scope of work for proposals and manage the sales process from initial call to closing
• Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
• Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) daily
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards

Requirements

• Minimum three years of outside B2B sales experience
• Experience selling new construction or retrofit projects to end-users and contractors
• Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and sales tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience selling mechanical type products
