Outside Commercial Entry Door Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of Entry Doors and related products
• Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial building owners, managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals
• Develop scope of work for proposals and manage the sales process from initial call to closing
• Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
• Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards

Requirements

• Minimum three years of outside B2B sales experience
• Experience selling new construction or retrofit projects to end-users and contractors preferred
• Experience with mechanical type products preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems

• Bachelor’s degree
