Nest is the first value-based care provider built for families, on a mission to make comprehensive medical, behavioral, and social care radically accessible to America’s highest risk families. Founded in 2022, Nest utilizes a family-based, in-home, and virtual care model including primary adult and pediatric care, mental health, and nutrition support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume telephonic and text outreach to eligible families to schedule initial clinical visits
• Use CRM tools to manage eligibility lists and meet daily, weekly, and monthly engagement targets
• Identify and execute innovative activation strategies to increase family enrollment
• Help build and refine reporting, dashboards, and outreach algorithms
• Participate in the development of messaging, conversation guides, and FAQs

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in telephonic sales, outreach, engagement, or customer service
• Ability to work independently to hit ambitious targets
• Strong active listening skills and empathy
• Proficiency in Excel and/or CRM tools like Salesforce
• Willingness to educate and encourage vaccination against COVID-19

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare or Medicaid populations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in outreach, organizing, or coordinated campaigning
• Bilingual skills, specifically Spanish
