About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct user support for AEA Tools, including account administration and system/network monitoring
- Interact with users via phone, VTC, email, chat, and platforms like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and SpySpace
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform first-level corrective maintenance
- Address complex user questions and provide clear guidance
- Support other help desk technicians with advanced assistance
- Deliver concise operational updates to customer teams
- Follow and maintain SOPs and SLAs
- Maintain and update the ticket-tracking system
Requirements
- Fully cleared (Intelligence Community)
- Experience with AEA Tools and account administration
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Ability to work onsite in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
