About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct user support for AEA Tools, including account administration and system/network monitoring
  • Interact with users via phone, VTC, email, chat, and platforms like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and SpySpace
  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform first-level corrective maintenance
  • Address complex user questions and provide clear guidance
  • Support other help desk technicians with advanced assistance
  • Deliver concise operational updates to customer teams
  • Follow and maintain SOPs and SLAs
  • Maintain and update the ticket-tracking system

Requirements

  • Fully cleared (Intelligence Community)
  • Experience with AEA Tools and account administration
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work onsite in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
