About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with communication and maintaining healthy relationships with local partners to serve the Tulsa community
- Assist the Director of Outreach in the planning and execution of internal missions trips
- Assist in the processing of benevolence applications and requests
- Manage all aspects of the CarePortal outreach to meet the needs of the Tulsa community
- Communicate with, train, and equip CarePortal teams, volunteers, and campus leaders
- Assist Connections Ministers at campuses by posting needs on CarePortal and identifying local outreach partners
- Perform other church duties as assigned to help people advance in their journey with Christ
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in non-profit sector, missions, or outreach is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%)
- Ability to navigate working with teams from various countries and cultures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Bilingual skills are a plus
