Outreach Manager

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategies to connect with and recruit school districts for project initiatives.
• Manage project communications, including creating flyers, solicitation emails, and responding to inquiries from parents and school personnel.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with relevant organizations and community partners.
• Supervise graduate students, undergraduate students, or other junior team members.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback to support project goals.
• Perform administrative tasks including managing spreadsheets and utilizing Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health professions field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated success in prior outreach efforts and partnership building.
• Experience working in or collaborating with public schools.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to create graphs and pivot tables.
• Strong public speaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's level degree with clinical licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
• Experience conducting Narcan training or outreach for substance use programs.
• Experience designing and conducting trainings related to mental health, substance use, or developmental disabilities.
• Experience with data analysis or working with OMH or similar agencies.
• Skills in graphic design.
• Training in Mental Health First Aid, SBIRT, motivational interviewing, or harm reduction strategies.
